Island Song Villa is a spacious, clean, organized, and upscale townhouse style villa in the serene parklike setting of Inland Harbour. The 2 Br/ 2Ba, 2 story, end unit villa means no one above or below to disturb you. The bedrooms are on separate floors which provide privacy and a bonus sitting area on the second floor has a desk and monitor to catch up on emails. The villa is beautifully furnished like a personal vacation home, not a rental. An average hotel room is 325 SF and the villa is almost 5 times that size at 1,597 SF.

Inland Harbour is a hidden gem of a community, nestled within the heart of the Sea Pines Resort, with only 34 upscale villas to share 2 recently resurfaced Tennis/ Pickleball Courts and a Seasonal Pool (both accessible only by entry code). The note about 34 villas means the pool and courts are steps away, it is QUIET, so you won't have hordes of people at the pool or on the courts! Walk or bike to restaurants, shops, sunrise and sunset. During high season, a trolley has 3 stops right around the corner to take you to The Beach Club, South Beach (The Salty Dog), and Lawton Stables..

Sea Pines Resort is a 5,000 acre resort is a favorite with families and photographers for the 5 miles of gorgeous beaches, The Beach Club and Heritage Club (open to all), a 605 acre Nature Preserve, 3 championship golf courses, Harbour Town Marina, South Beach Marina, Lawton Stables, 16 miles of interconnected leisure/biking paths, Gregg Russell summer sing alongs, shopping, dining, water sports, playground, farmer's market and more! You can bike to sunrise and sunset views on the water all within the resort.​​

This is our 5th time staying in Kim and Peter's wonderful Island Song Villa. The Villa is amazing and no detail has been missed. The spacious villa has everything we need, from a fully equipped condition to very comfortable beds. It has space and all modern conveniences. It is in spectacular condition and was cleaned thoroughly prior to our arrival. The location on the island and within the Sea Pines community are excellent. We could easily walk to Harbour Town and we rode bikes to the Beach Club on a daily basis. We have loved all of our visits to the Island Song Villa and plan to return again in the near future.

Not only is the home beautifully decorated, it is very clean and well supplied. The hosts are amazing communicators and went above and beyond multiple times during our long-term stay. The location of the property is perfect for exploring multiple parts of sea pine, is very well kept, and parking was easy. For those working during your stay, the desk was perfect, and the internet worked very well. We will be staying here again.

My husband and I stayed at Island Song for a month and loved every minute. The mattress is over the top comfortable, its very quiet and we both slept through the night every night! (never happens at home) The small office nook was perfect for doing business (fantastic highspeed internet) and the two story floor plan allowed for us to have our separate spaces for work/reading. Inland Harbour is the perfect location and within easy walking distance to great restaurants. Kim and Peter went out of their way to make sure they thought of everything. We highly recommend Island Song Villa and can't wait to return next year.
